Roofs are one of our specialties. Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness hired us to initially predict the operating carbon emissions reduction from roofing replacement of their London facility. We then conducted pressure-assisted theatrical fogging of offices and classrooms and a parapet infrared survey to assess roof-to-wall air leakage.  These tests allowed us to capture the full energy savings impacts.  Finally, we submitted a RETScreen Expert energy model and assisted with their Green and Inclusive Community Building grant application.
